1. The Promoter
The promoter of all competitions featured on this website is Willow Competitions , a trading and branding style of AMG Elec LTD , a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15994535. Our registered office address is:
5 Howley Gardens, Lowestoft, NR32 4WF UK
If you need to get in touch with us, please email info@willowcompetitions.co.uk.
2. About the Competitions
2.1 These terms and conditions govern all prize competitions promoted on our website, https://www.willowcompetitions.com (“the Website”).
2.2 Willow Competitions offers various types of prize competitions. In most cases, an entry fee is required for each entry, as explained in each competition listing.
2.3 Every participant (“Entrant”) must answer a question or solve a problem set by Willow Competitions (“the Competition Question”) to be eligible to win. If the question is simple, multiple-choice, or not included, then a free entry method will be provided.
3. How to Participate
3.1 Each competition has specific opening and closing dates (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”) which are clearly displayed on the Website. All dates and times are based on the local time in London, England.
3.2 In exceptional circumstances, Willow Competitions may amend the Opening Date or Closing Date. Any updates will be published on the Website. The Promoter will not adjust the Closing Date simply to allow additional entries.
3.3 Entries must be completed and received by the Promoter by the deadline stated on the Closing Date. Late entries will be excluded, and entry fees will not be refunded.
3.4 Competitions may have a limit on the total number of entries available, as detailed in the individual competition description. Once this limit has been reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 Entrants can submit multiple entries up to any cap specified. Free postal entries must be sent separately—any bulk submissions in a single envelope will be treated as a single entry only.
3.6 To enter any competition, all Entrants—including those using the free entry route—must first register an account on the Website. Only one account per person is permitted. If an Entrant creates, or attempts to create, multiple accounts using different email addresses or identities, all related accounts may be closed, and any associated entries voided.
To participate, you should:
(a) visit the Website and review the Competition Question (if applicable);
(b) fill in the online entry form or follow the instructions for free entry;
(c) purchase your desired number of entries (unless entering for free);
(d) submit your answer to the Competition Question, if there is one.
3.7 Entries must be provided in English. Submissions in any other language will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
3.8 Once you have entered (unless using the free entry option), the Promoter will send you a confirmation of receipt and will advise whether your answer was correct.
3.9 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries which are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted or fail to reach us due to technical or other issues outside our control.
3.10 By submitting your entry and completing payment (if applicable), you enter into a contract with Willow Competitions and agree to comply fully with these terms and conditions.
3.11 If you wish to enter free of charge, you must:
(a) Post your entry via first or second class mail to:
5 Howley Gardens, Lowestoft, NR32 4WF
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
(c) Include the following details with your free entry:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your postal address;
(iii) a valid telephone number and email address;
(iv) your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable).
(d) Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted will be disqualified.
(f) You may send multiple free entries, provided each is posted in its own envelope and complies with the competition rules. Multiple entries posted together in one envelope will count as a single entry.
(g) By sending a free entry, you confirm you are eligible and accept these terms and conditions.
(h) Your free entry must be received before the Closing Date. Proof of postage does not guarantee inclusion.
(i) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of free entries or confirm whether answers are correct.
(j) If all available entries have been allocated before your postal entry arrives, your entry will not be included in the draw.
4. Selection of Winners
4.1 Depending on the specific competition format, the Promoter may use different methods to determine winners:
(a) Main Draw: All eligible entries with correct answers to the Competition Question (where applicable) will be entered into a draw. A winner will then be chosen at random. If no question was required, all entries will be included in this draw. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any case, within 7 days after the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).
(b) Instant Win: Upon completing your entry and payment, you will be randomly assigned an entry number. For those using the free entry route, the Promoter will assign a number using a random generator. If your allocated number matches a pre-determined instant win number displayed on the Website, you will win the corresponding prize.
(c) Auto Draws: The Promoter may use automated systems to randomly select winners for the Main Draw and Instant Win prizes. In the case of the Main Draw, the system will select a winner once either the Closing Date has passed or all entries (including free entries) have been allocated, whichever occurs first.
4.2 A list of all Entrants’ names and entry numbers may be compiled in a spreadsheet which could be published on the Website or visible during any live draw. If you prefer not to have your name published in this way, you must contact the Promoter by email at info@willowcompetitions.co.uk at least 48 hours before the draw.
4.3 If you require assistance entering a competition, please contact us at info@willowcompetitions.co.uk.

(a) are generated automatically by software, scripts or bots; or
